On the 29th September, PKL’s Sales Executive Andy Mellon, FER’s Commercial Managers Kelli Barrett and Claire Nagra, and LoweConex’s Divisional Sales Director Orla McGreevy will attend The Second Annual Transforming the NHS Estate Event 2022 in London.

The Transforming the NHS Estate 2022 | IGPP  event will provide attendees with the latest policy updates regarding the current status of capital funding and the maintenance backlog. Case studies provided will give a practical insight into how NHS trusts have successfully implicated transformed estates in their regions.

The NHS Estates and Facilities professionals are in control of the management of an estate footprint of 24million m2 across the NHS in England.

In 2019 the plan for transforming the NHS and largest hospital building was launched with estates being at the heart of the Governments plans. Its aim is to deliver a long-term program of investment in health infrastructure, with an investment of £2.8 billion for 6 large hospitals to be built by 2025. Along with a further 21 schemes to be delivered between 2025 and 2030.

Kelli and Orla will be on the seminar stage at 12:30pm discussing the following topic:

The Future Of Healthcare Estates: Turning Managed Assets Into Intelligent Infrastructure.

– How to save costs and energy through a managed catering estate

– How monitoring & controlling your HVAC and estate equipment can predict breakdowns before they happen and reduce energy spend

– The benefits of managing your catering estate

– The future of a managed equipment estate

We will be positioned on stand 5 throughout the day so make sure you come and say hi to our friendly representatives!
