Karen RumseyChief Operating Officer
Karen was formerly Sales Director, responsible for the company’s Project Hire, Permanent Kitchen Sales and Event Hire departments. Having worked for PKL since 2004 Karen has extensive knowledge of the whole business and was appointed as PKL’s COO in 2021.
Peter SchadInternational Director
Peter has been with PKL since 1988 and is responsible for delivery of our major sporting event projects. Peter has overseen a wide range of projects during his time at PKL, including the supply of temporary kitchen and dining facilities at the Olympic Games in Sydney, Athens, Beijing, Vancouver and London, the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Manchester and Glasgow and the Asian Games in Doha and Guangzhou.
Will PerryFinance Director & Company Secretary
Will, who joined PKL in 2005, is both Finance Director and Company Secretary of PKL Group (UK) Ltd and is responsible to the Chairman for the company’s financial operations. He is a qualified management accountant. Will is also PKL’s data officer.
Chris RichardsOperations Director
Chris is responsible for the planning, processing and preparation of PKL’s modular kitchen units and catering equipment, and has a principal focus of improving operational efficiencies and developing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business. Chris has a strong operational and engineering background within major corporate and SME organisations.
