Lee VinesChief Executive
Lee has 18 years of experience working for PKL and was previously sales and marketing director. Lee retains responsibility for all group sales and marketing activities and has a large amount of experience having worked within the foodservice industry for the past 23 years. Lee previously held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at ServEquip.
Chris IrvingProjects Director
Chris joined PKL in 2004 and is an ex-Army officer. Chris was formerly operations director at PKL and in his role as projects director, is responsible for the delivery of special projects, health and safety, PKL’s project delivery support department and the operational delivery of all international kitchens and major events.
Peter SchadInternational Director
Peter has been with PKL since 1988 and is responsible for delivery of our major sporting event projects. Peter has overseen a wide range of projects during his time at PKL, including the supply of temporary kitchen and dining facilities at the Olympic Games in Sydney, Athens, Beijing, Vancouver and London, the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Manchester and Glasgow and the Asian Games in Doha and Guangzhou.
Will PerryFinance Director & Company Secretary
Will, who joined PKL in 2005, is both Finance Director and Company Secretary of PKL Group (UK) Ltd and is responsible to the Chairman for the company’s financial operations. He is a qualified management accountant. Will is also PKL’s data officer.
Chris RichardsOperations Director
Chris is responsible for the planning, processing and preparation of PKL’s modular kitchen units and catering equipment, and has a principal focus of improving operational efficiencies and developing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business. Chris has a strong operational and engineering background within major corporate and SME organisations.
A Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years board level financial and management leadership experience in the SQC/SME arenas, Michael has been helping PKL since 2005 and was appointed Non-executive Chairman in January 2010. He was formerly Group Finance Director of Rok plc (1989-2003), where he helped achieve a major transformation in the size and prosperity of the group, and has since been a Non-executive Director or Chairman of a number of companies including Pearce Holdings Ltd, which was taken over by Interior Services Group plc in November 2007.
Peter JoyNon-Executive Director
Peter is the founder of PKL. While still retaining close contact with other members of the Board, Peter is not involved in day-to-day management but takes an active role in board discussions on corporate finance and other strategic matters.
