Awarded following a highly competitive procurement process, this appointment reinforces the organisation’s position as a leading provider of modular catering infrastructure across the UK public sector. The framework provides a compliant and flexible route to market, enabling organisations to procure solutions via direct award or further competition under the Procurement Act 2023.

Designed to support a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, and justice, the framework enables the delivery of full turnkey modular building solutions, an area where PKL continues to lead through sector expertise.

PKL has been successfully appointed to the following lots:

  • Lot 5 – Purchase of Kitchen Buildings
  • Lot 6 – Hire of Kitchen Buildings
  • Lot 7 – Purchase of Food Cubes, Kiosks and Modular Catering Systems
  • Lot 8 – Purchase of Restaurant and Café Buildings

The framework runs from March 2026 to March 2030, giving public sector organisations long-term access to best-in-class modular catering solutions from PKL.
