PKL Operating Update

It’s certainly an unprecedented time and many of us are currently adapting to new and different working environments. We just wanted to provide a quick update as to how we are currently operating at PKL and what it might mean if you are trying to get in contact with us or if you are expecting a delivery.

Firstly, we are still open and operational! Many of our staff are now set up to work from home meaning that you can still contact us in the normal ways in which you would.

Contacting Our Team

All of our office team is now home working. We have access to our core systems, and our phone lines, online chat and email are still fully functional. All that we would ask is that if you are trying to contact a particular member of the sales team and you have their mobile number, please try this first as you will be able to get directly through to them. If you have made an enquiry with us, please rest assured that is has been picked up.

We are operating slightly shortened sales line coverage hours of between 8.30am and 5.30pm, however, for emergencies, we are still operating an out of hours coverage as well.

Deliveries and Installation

We are currently supplying a range of products to provide critical support to a number of essential public sector organisations and for this reason, we have a number of business-critical operations running out of our office to ensure that we can carry on providing this level of support.

We have taken extensive reviews of our operations to ensure that this is done so at a minimum risk which we have outlined in our COVID-19 statement, which can be read just here. This is being continually reviewed.

Business Administration

Our Finance Team and contract support personnel are now home working, but are all still contactable and able to carry out their roles, so if you do have a current hire with us, we are still supporting you.

Please bear with us as the PKL team gets used to our new working arrangements, and we will update you straight away, if anything changes in relation to the way that we are currently operating.
