PKL Group Awarded a Position on ESPO Modular Buildings Framework

We are delighted to announce that PKL has been re-awarded a place on ESPO’s Modular Building 953_22 Framework for the hire and purchase of modular catering buildings.

ESPO has been helping public sector organisations for over 40 years procure items, services, buildings and refurbishments more easily and affordably through their 120 frameworks that are free to access and provide a quick and compliant route to source these wide ranges of goods and services.

PKL has been listed on Frameworks tendered by ESPO for a number of years, and after a competitive tendering process in September 2021, we have proved that we have the necessary policies, procedures, and health and safety accreditations in place to meet all statutory requirements for a place again on the framework.

The lot that PKL is listed on is:

  • Lot 3A – Modular Catering Buildings: Hire
  • Lot 3B – Modular Catering Buildings: Purchase

As well as modular catering buildings for hire and purchase, Framework 953_22 covers the procurement of a wide range of modular buildings, including education, healthcare, and accommodation structures. All companies on the Framework have undergone a thorough assessment which ensures that customers using ESPO as a route for purchasing can procure safe in the knowledge that the companies listed have been vetted, both in terms of quality and price.
