Merrychef visited PKL to run a demonstration and training session on their ovens. Using a Merrychef eikon e2s oven, the demo was a great success and our the team learned all about the different oven models available and their features and uses. There were also demonstrations showing how fast the oven can cook a range of different types of food (the answer: VERY!). The by-products of these demonstrations were kindly disposed of by the team – what a kind bunch. Everyone who attended the training can now tell you the difference between rapid and accelerated cooking, as well as matching oven types to different end users.
