PKL was contacted by a customer, who needed to create the perfect catering setup for an exclusive villa in the South of France to support a planned summer of fun events for friends and family, for their client.
The existing kitchen in the villa was not suited to cooking for more than a handful of guests, and there was no room to place further equipment in the kitchen space, while the villa is set on a hill, surrounded by stunning, and very narrow, medieval streets, making access difficult.
Searching for temporary kitchen solutions, our customer found PKL in the UK and was impressed at the speed and professionalism shown by the company.
Convinced the solution offered by PKL, a small field production kitchen and matching pot wash unit, would be perfect, the client was sceptical about whether the units would be deliverable through the small streets.
But PKL sent a project manager to the South of France within a week of receiving the enquiry, and formulated a plan for delivery.
