Ex Rental KitchenPod for Sale
We currently have this second hand two-unit permanent modular KitchenPod building available to purchase or for a long term contract rental.
The building has been on site at a school for the last four years, who no longer require the kitchen due to a full scale demolition and rebuilding project of the entire site.
The KitchenPod has been well looked after and is in excellent condition. It was orginally sold with a design life of 60 years and it would be an ideal facility for a primary school or for use as a smaller to medium scale food production facility.
The KitchenPod is supplied with the catering equipment outlined at the bottom of this page, and a built in extraction canopy suitable for electric equipment. It is capable of supplying up to 300 meals per day in its current configuration.
