Equipment Loading Procedure

The videos below demonstrate how to correctly load the catering equipment on to a lorry in a safe working practice.

Loads should be spread as evenly as possible, during both loading and unloading. Uneven loads can make the vehicle or trailer unstable. Loads should be secured, or arranged so that they do not slide around.
