Kim has a huge amount of experience working in the events industry having worked for a leading contract caterer before coming to PKL. This gives her great insight into both the kitchen and dining side of event catering. Kim, along with Amy, Billy, Fraser, and Izaak look after our UK event kitchen hire department. Between them, they deal with hiring equipment for hundreds of events each year, and there’s not much they haven’t seen or done.
