To enable existing or new shareholders to continue to trade in PKL shares, a share trading mechanism has been put in place with
Brewin Dolphin Securities operated from their Cheltenham office. This will take the form of a matched bargain trading facility with three dates in the
year on which trades can take place.
Once a year Hazlewoods LLP, the Company’s auditors, will
provide a guide valuation of the shares of PKL Holdings Limited.
The future trading dates are as follows:
14th December 2007
31st March 2008
30th July 2008
