With over 500 Portable Kitchens available for immediate hire the Portable Kitchen range comprises Production Kitchens, Preparation Kitchens, Dishwash Units, Restaurant Units, Laundry Units, Coldrooms and Open Plan Kitchens. In addition, PKL also have the largest fleet of commercial catering equipment for hire in Europe totaling 8,000 items, including Combination Ovens, Bratt Pans, Fryers, Warewash equipment, Refrigeration and Food Servery’s.

Portable Kitchens can be used for days, months or years to provide anywhere from 100 to 10,000 meals per day. Typically Portable Kitchens are used for kitchen refurbishments, emergency breakdowns, increased capacity and events. All projects are delivered and installed by our own project team and full training and operational handbooks are supplied. During hire there is full sales and technical support, 24 hours a day.

As well as hiring out single units and individual items of catering equipment, major projects as diverse as the supply of field kitchens for the US military in Kuwait to the design and build of the athletes village kitchen facility at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games have been project managed by PKL.
