PKL has been shortlisted in the Event Supplier of the Year award category 2016 in the NOEA awards, for our work supplying temporary catering facilities to a number of outdoor events over the last 12 months.
PKL has supplied a wide variety of events from festivals and concerts to pop-up restaurants and large scale youth camps, and it’s been an incredibly busy year for our team. Hundreds of events have relied on our kitchen facilities to keep their catering operations running smoothly and efficiently, often in challenging locations. From supplying a short-notice kitchen facility to produce 1,200 VIP meals in four days at the BBC Countryfile Live show, to rearranging kitchen collections at Glastonbury Festival following a last-minute site shutdown due to the mud, our team has constantly worked to provide the best possible service to our event clients.
As well as temporary kitchen units and catering equipment, our comprehensive service includes kitchen design, delivery, installation, project management and technical support once on site, as well as ensuring that everything is undertaken in compliance with CDM regulations.
The NOEA is the UK’s leading outdoor events trade association and will be announcing the winners at their annual Convention and Awards Dinner which will be held in Bath on November 24.
