Supplied on trailers or as stand alone containerized units, PKL temporary kitchens are in use by the world’s military forces in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Central America. 20ft, 40ft or multiple temporary kitchens can be supplied to feed from 50 to 5,000 troops.

Each temporary kitchen is designed to client requirements with the commercial catering equipment of their choice. Temporary kitchens are used as hot kitchens, prep kitchens, coldrooms, servery units and warewash units. Temporary kitchens can be used stand alone of linked together to form permanent complexes.

Temporary kitchens can be used for sporting events to provide hospitality and staff feeding. In 2000 PKL supplied the worlds largest mobile kitchen to the Sydney Olympic Games. This kitchen was designed to feed over 50,000 meals per day.
Whether for sale or hire, all temporary kitchens are delivered and installed by PKL project managers. Full warranty and handbooks are provided as well as technical support 24 hours per day.
