For larger scale catering requirements, PKL can supply open plan temporary production kitchens, either from utilising our existing fleet of portable kitchens or creating a temporary facility within an existing building or structure.

Our Portable Kitchen units can be linked together to form and open plan temporary kitchen facility bespoke to your needs, which can be completed by specifying from our range of over 10,000 items catering equipment.

Where an open plan facility is required within an existing building, or a tented structure such as a marquee, PKL Mobile Canopies or Central Island Canopies can be used to provide an ideal solution, which can be quickly installed and commissioned.

As with all our portable kitchen solutions, our open plan kitchen facilities adhere to the latest health and safety standards and include features such as automatic fire suppression, gas safety shut off and extraction canopies.
