PP10 offers additional space for each of the kitchen areas i.e. production, prep and wash-up. It is capable of providing over 1000 meals per day, especially if you choose a heavy-duty setup such as Favoured Footprint M or Favoured Footprint P.
We have often seen PP10 on hire for up to two years, where a kitchen has been lost through fire and the replacement has taken a considerable length of time to be rebuilt. It provides a great all round kitchen complex and will give the caterers a comfortable working environment over a long period of time.
