| Situation: |
Client was to celebrate its 50 years' presence on one of its sites in West Sussex. For one day, it opened the gates for fun and festivities! |

| Reason for hire: |
Existing restaurant and kitchen were demolished to make way for the construction of a brand new scientific research centre. |

| Requirements: |
The idea was to organise a party for all members of staff, their families and the local community. The plan included supplying each couple with a picnic set on entry and provision of hot meals for 1500 people, should they wish to purchase hot food. |

| PKL provided: |
Magnum production kitchen, two coldrooms, one as a fridge and one as a freezer, and preparation kitchen. A large amount of stand-alone equipment was also hired to make a servery and shop. |
