A Portable Kitchen able to cater for up to 300 people, three times a day, plus functions |

A four level, eight unit stacked system of Portable Kitchens, positioned using a crane in the neighboring street, due to weight restrictions, to position them |
| Time-scale: |
The delivery and craneage took just one day. The kitchens were in position for 12 months |
