Mobile Kitchens Supplied to Keele University

PKL provided a 280m² emergency facility configured from 15 PKL mobile kitchens allowing Keele University to continue catering after a fire. The mobile kitchens were arranged in a complex configuration due to the position of the hall. The mobile kitchens had to be positioned along a severe drop between listed trees, once in place the units were joined by a maze of walkways, enabling access into the existing dining room. The facility was successfully installed within a week and remained in place for a further 16 weeks. The facility consisted of production and preparation mobile kitchens as well as two servery units, three coldrooms, a dry store and offices.
