Q: Do you have a price list?
A: Yes. We do work from a price list. However, we would rather discuss your exact requirements in order to provide a more realistic price to you. Our quoting system takes into consideration add on services such as delivery, installation requirements and any power supplies to be included. There are many other factors that also need to be taken into consideration when quoting your hire such as the time of year, length of hire and the amount of equipment required.
Q: Can you give me an instant quote?
A: We aim to produce a competitive quotation on the same day as the enquiry is received. However, for more complex hires we may only be able to give a ball-park figure.
Q: Can you produce a drawing of my proposed catering facilities?
A: Yes. We have a specialist CAD drawing department which is dedicated to planning the Portable Kitchen and catering equipment hire projects.
Q: What happens if I need to extend the hire?
A: We have a Fleet Planning Department that controls our entire stock of over 8,000 items of catering equipment and our Portable Kitchens. If you wish to extend your hire, this department will organise everything from checking its availability to booking the delivery to you.
Q: Is there a minimum / maximum hire period?
A: You can hire the equipment for one day or just a few hours. There is a minimum hire charge, which equates to four days hire, but the time the equipment is on site is up to you. We have no maximum hire period.
Q: Do you supply crockery, staff or linen?
A: No. We do not supply any ancillaries.
