Facilities Management for your commercial kitchen estate was something Massive Pub Group liked the sound of. By outsourcing their catering estate to PKL, through KitchenFM, they have been able to drastically reduce their capital expenditure and accurately forecast future expenditure on their catering estate.
The Onslow Arms is one of many pubs within the L'auberge brand, owned by Massive Pub Group. A high specification kitchen, run by critically acclaimed chef Laurent Malnuit, serves the restaurant and is also used for French cuisine cooking classes.
Under a Kitchen Facilities Management contract PKL bought back the existing catering equipment to manage it under a KitchenFM contract alongside the new equipment put in by PKL.
Kitchen Facilities Management allows Massive Pub Group to benefit by having their catering estate professionally managed including full technical support, preventative maintenance and complete contract flexibility.
