Customer Feedback

After every hire, we invite our customers to complete a customer feedback form that covers in detail all aspects of their experience in dealing with PKL, from the initial sales and consultation process, through to the delivery of products on site, the performance of the equipment delivered and their dealings with our technical support team (if it was required).

We collate all of the scores from the feedback forms which allows us to keep a track of how we’re doing and identify any areas that might need some improvement.

Net Promoter Score

We also use the internationally recognised Net Promoter Score to keep a track of how we are performing. This is a customer feedback system which is used by many companies large and small around the world to rate their performance.

For reference, a Net Promoter Score of above 0 is classed as good, and above 50 is classed as excellent.
